Over/Under Runs: Due to the nature of custom printing, we reserve the right to ship 3% over or under the amount ordered and bill accordingly. In the case of an under run of 3% or less, the factory reserves the right not to print the balance.
Samples: RANDOM samples at EQP and are returnable for credit. Virtual samples no charge at www.ascotpromotional.com.
Proofs: Virtual proofs free of charge, product proofs $25 (v) plus product cost.
Production Time: 10 working days after approval. Blank goods 2-3 days.
