Bamboo Cutting / Charcuterie Board Measuring 15" x 11" x 0.8" featuring a recessed groove on one side for catching juice from cheese, olives or meat. Smooth texture on the reverse side for presentations.The chopping boards are made from natural, sustainably sourced bamboo. Bamboo is fast growing, requires no fertilizer and self-regenerates making it a very eco-friendly crop. With no added chemicals our bamboo boards are completely safe to use for preparing and presenting food.
